Dessert special for Christmas, How To Cook French Macaron
Who isn't happy when christmas comes? Lot of people was very happy when Christmas. And lot of people have their own way to celebrate, one of them is have great dinner.
At this time, I will share a recipe and also the step how to cook French Macaron, these dessert was very delightful and look cheerful it will brings you Christmas unforgotable moment.

The Ingredients required
🔖 3 egg whites
🔖 50g caster sugar
🔖 200g icing sugar
🔖 110g ground almonds
First step, Line a baking tray with a silicone non-stick baking mat.
Second step, beat egg whites in the bowl of stand mixer fitted with a wisk attachment until whites are foamy; beat in caster sugar and continue beating untill egg whites are glossy, fluffy, and hold soft peaks. Sift icing sugar and ground almonds in separate bowl and quicky fold the almond mixture into the egg whites, about 30 minutes.
Third step, Spoon a small about into plastic bag with a small corner cut off and pipe a test disk of mixture, about 4cm in diameter, onto prepared baking tray. If the disk holds a peak instead of flattening immedately, gently fold the mixture a few more times and restest.
Fourth step, When batter is mixed enough to flatten immadiately into an even disk, spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a plain round tip. Pipe the mixture onto the baking tray in rounds, leaving space between the disk. Let the piped macarons stand out at room temprature until they form a hard skin on top, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 140 degress C
Bake macarons until set but not browned, about 10 minutes; let cool completely before filling.
