How To Make Apple Tiramisu Dessert

The Ingeredients required
🔖 500gr apples
🔖 10 ladyfingers
🔖 2 tablespoon water
🔖 100ml apple juice
🔖 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🔖 5 tablespoon sugar
🔖 300gr mascarpone cheese
🔖 150gr quark
🔖 chopped almond & lemon zest for topping
First step, put 500gr, 2 tbsp water, 100ml apple juice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp sugar on saucepan. To make the apple compote peel and core apples and dice to small cubes. Add diced apples to saucepan with water and about 1/2 of the apple juice and heat untill it bubbles. Cook over low heat for approx 12-15 minutes, stiring often until the apples become soft. Then add lemon juice and 2/3 of sugar, let simmer for approx. 5 more min and then let cool.
Second step, while the compote is cooling off, add mascarpone to a large bowl with remaining sugar and vanila extract and whip until fluffy then fold in quark. Fill a pipping bag if you have one. Dip ladyfingers in the remaining apple juice and set aside.
Last step, tear ladyfingers into small pieces and add to the bottom of your dessert glasses. followed by a layer of apple compote and mascarpone cream. Repeat until the glasses are filled. And then decorate with lemon zest and cchopped almond or hazzelnuts.
Taadaa! the Apple Tiramisu was ready to serve..
